\u2018That\u2019s not possible\u2019 is the typical response to such requests or \u2018it can only be done with machine translation\u2019 and then carefully caveated with \u2018this will only be a best effort, and we cannot guarantee the quality or consistency of the translation because this is a rushed project\u2019. Quality Control<\/h4>\n

Glossary of terms: a terminologist to extract technical terms in the source documents and ongoing addition of terms from all linguists that are reviewed and approved by the terminologist. Live CAT: using a live CAT tool enabled real-time collaboration between translators, editors and legal reviewers to ensure translation and consistency issues are preemptively avoided, and if an issue arises, it is dealt with in real time between the parties involved.<\/p>\n

Contingencies<\/h4>\n

A backup team of sworn translators to replace\/support anyone in the core team. A time buffer at the end of each step of the workflow to accommodate for +\/- 10% in delivery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Results<\/h4>\n

The translation was completed and submitted to the client on the 5th day. There were internal delays that were mitigated by the buffer times, early detection of delays and responsive replacement of 2 out of 72 team members.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
